• Concierge. - The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by thurd parties on our Site.

Shipping and Delivery

At Morris Moon Mercantile LLC, we are dedicated to providing a seamless delivery experience that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our concierge-style service ensures that your order is handled with care and delivered to you with thoughtfulness.

Complimentary White Glove Delivery Service

• Service Area: We proudly offer complimentary white glove delivery within a 6-mile radius of 2337 W Adams, Port O’Connor, TX.
• Presentation: Your order will be beautifully packaged in a Kraft bag with tissue paper, showcasing our dedication to a delightful delivery experience.
• Delivery Process: Packages will be carefully left at your designated address for your convenience.

Important Considerations:

• Please note that our complimentary delivery service does not apply to items exceeding 40 lbs.
• Christmas trees are also excluded from this delivery service.
• Additional rules and exceptions may apply; we encourage you to inquire for further details.

Delivery Charge

• For destinations beyond the 6-mile radius and up to 30 miles, a delivery charge of $10 will be applied.
• All previously mentioned delivery conditions and policies will remain in effect.

Delivery Timeframe

• We strive to complete all deliveries within 2 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of God or terror, which could impact our delivery schedule.

Ensuring Accuracy

• To guarantee a smooth delivery experience, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient.
• Morris Moon Mercantile LLC cannot be held liable for the delivery of goods to an incorrect address or person resulting from inaccurate information provided.

Refunds

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 5 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons: 

• Good is broken;
• Good does not match description; or
• Good is the wrong size.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

• Grocery, Personal Care, Health Products, Etc.
• Computers or Electronic Equipment- Once 5 days have elapsed, you can no longer return; that includes laptops, desktops and Kindles, phones, etc.;
• Sale Items
• Custom
• Seasonal 
• Hazardous Materials Items that are classified as hazardous materials, including those with flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable.:
• Items without tracking numbers - If your product doesn't have a serial number or UPC, it can't be returned.
• Downloadable Software / Digital Items - Any digital products that you have to download are not returnable.;
• Downloadable Subscriptions or subscription box - Any digital or physical subscriptions that you've downloaded cannot be returned.;

• Gift Card; and

Prepaid cards bought in games are not retumable. An example of a game for which you can buy prepaid cards is "World of

Warcraft. which works on gaming platforms like Xbox 360 Live.
